Senior AI Conversation Designer

📋 Description

• Lead complex CXone AI implementations from pilot to full deployment.
• Configure CXone AI: NLU, IVR, ASR, channels, knowledge.
• Develop chatbots and voicebots with emphasis on quality.
• Integrate CRMs and APIs to build end-to-end architectures.
• Support testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and optimization.
• Lead conversational design workshops and align stakeholders on the vision.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in digital channels, AI, or bot apps.
• Experience configuring AI/CC tech: NLU/NLP/LLM.
• Enterprise deployments with complex integrations.
• CRM integrations, APIs, and related ecosystem tech.
• Familiar with API testing and docs tools (Postman/Swagger).
