Senior AI Deployment Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead large, complex customer deployments of the Fin platform.
• Manage project strategy, timeline, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate data migrations, integrations, and security reviews.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and R&D to shape deployment strategy.
• Apply AI tooling to accelerate discovery, documentation, and asset creation.
• Drive outcomes that scale value for customers through AI-powered support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation or professional services in SaaS/AI.
• Proven record delivering large, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• Hands-on technical capability with APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and technical teams.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and drive delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with CX platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce) a plus.
