📋 Description

• Prototype and ship AI-powered capabilities in Nexthink’s cloud.
• Lead architectural decisions and establish AI best practices.
• Design, build, and operate production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Integrate external AI services into Nexthink’s platform.
• Optimize data collection, retrieval, latency, and cost.
• Define robust online/offline evaluation and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc/Master in CS, ML, DS, or related field.
• 5+ years software engineering, shipping/cloud in production.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered or ML/NLP apps.
• Strong Python and AI framework proficiency.
• Experience NLP systems, embeddings, retrieval.
• AWS cloud deployments and MLOps with CI/CD.
