🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in software/platform engineering, DevEx, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools in real envs.
• Experience influencing practices across multiple delivery teams.
• Ability to evaluate AI tools by evidence and business impact.
• Clear communication to explain complex concepts to engineers.
• Experience integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines and SDLC tooling.
