Senior AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Enablement & coaching with engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, and workshops.
• Propagate best practices with living guides, prompt libraries, and playbooks.
• Scale enablement by building a network of embedded AI champions.
• Unblock engineers with AI tooling; surface blockers and escalate to leadership.
• Internal integrations & tooling: AI integrations with Node.js/TypeScript and MCP.
• Evaluation & scouting: structured AI tool evaluations with actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years shipping in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for services; knowledge of relational and document databases.
• Expertise with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and AI-driven workflows.
• Proven track record delivering internal integrations from prototype to production (design, auth, deploy, CI/CD).
• Experience building integrations with third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols (MCP).
• Knowledge of GenAI building blocks: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration, and AI/tooling security.
