Senior AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Enablement and coaching of engineers in AI-assisted development.
• Build internal integrations and tooling (Node.js/TypeScript) with auth/CI/CD.
• Scale enablement through AI champions across teams.
• Surface blockers and provide proactive feedback loops for engineers.
• Evaluate AI tools and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Define adoption metrics and dashboards to track impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript; knowledge of relational and document DBs.
• Fluency with agentic AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and AI workflows.
• Proven track record shipping internal integrations to production.
• Experience building integrations with third-party APIs and MCP.
• Knowledge of GenAI basics: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration.
• Cross-functional coordination with IT, DevOps, Security, GTM.
