Senior AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Enablement & coaching with engineers via 1:1s, pair programming, workshops.
• Best-practice propagation: guides, prompt libraries, playbooks, knowledge base.
• Scale enablement through embedded AI champions network.
• Unblock engineers with AI tooling; surface blockers and escalate issues.
• Internal integrations & tooling: Node.js/TypeScript; auth, CI/CD.
• Evaluate AI tools and models; provide curated recommendations.
• Measurement & impact: track adoption metrics; build dashboards.
• Cross-functional partnering: work with security and GTM on enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack shipping.
• Node.js/TypeScript for services; relational and document DBs.
• Deep fluency with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
• Experience turning internal integrations from prototype to production.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and MCP.
• GenAI building blocks: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration.
