📋 Description

• Enable AI Platform enablement and coaching for engineers.
• Transfer best practices; create prompt libs and guides.
• Scale via AI champions network.
• Remove blockers; provide rapid feedback loops.
• Build internal AI integrations using Node.js/TypeScript; auth & CI/CD.
• Evaluate AI tools and integrations; monitor AI landscape; recommendations.
• Measure adoption and productivity with dashboards (DX Core/DORA).
• Partner cross-functional with IT, security, and GTM.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior hands-on full-stack engineer with 7+ years in product teams.
• Proficient in Node.js/TypeScript; relational and document DBs.
• Deep fluency with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and AI workflows.
• Proven track record delivering internal integrations from prototype to production (auth, CI/CD).
• Experience building integrations with third-party APIs and MCP.
• Knowledge of GenAI building blocks: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration.
• Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical writing; create guides/workshops.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT/DevOps/security/GTM; influence without authority.
