Senior AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Enablement & coaching: coach engineers in AI-assisted development and workflows
• Best-practice propagation: create guides, prompt libraries, playbooks
• Scale through champions: support embedded AI champions to scale enablement
• Unblocking & feedback loop: surface blockers and drive fixes with teams
• Internal integrations & tooling: build internal AI integrations and tooling
• Evaluation & scouting: assess AI tools and models; deliver recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Senior, hands-on engineer with 7+ years shipping in product env.
• Node.js/TypeScript expert for services and integrations; DBs.
• Deep fluency with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and AI tooling.
• Proven track record moving internal integrations from prototype to production.
• Experience building integrations with third-party APIs and MCP.
• GenAI building blocks: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration.
