Senior AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Multiply engineering output via AI-assisted development adoption
• Coach engineers and propagate AI best practices
• Build internal integrations and tooling (Node.js/TypeScript) with auth and CI/CD
• Create living knowledge bases: guides, prompt libraries, playbooks
• Scale enablement through embedded AI champions
• Define adoption metrics and dashboards for usage and impact

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on, product-driven experience
• Node.js/TypeScript for services/integrations; relational and document DBs
• Deep fluency with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and AI workflow
• Experience turning internal integrations from prototype to production (design, auth, deployment, CI/CD)
• Experience building integrations with third-party APIs and MCP
• GenAI building blocks: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration, agentic flows
• Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical-writing skills
