Senior AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Enablement and coaching of engineers for AI-assisted development.
• Propagate best practices with prompts, guides, and playbooks.
• Scale through a network of AI champions.
• Unblock engineers and close feedback loops on AI tooling.
• Build internal AI integrations and tooling (Node.js/TS) with auth and CI/CD.
• Evaluate AI tools, models, and integrations; deliver actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on engineering in a product-driven environment.
• Node.js/TypeScript for services, with relational and document DBs.
• Fluency with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and AI-driven workflow.
• Proven track record turning internal integrations from prototype to production (auth, CI/CD).
• Experience building integrations with third-party APIs and MCP.
• Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical-writing skills.
