Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Configure and customize agentic tools for squad delivery.
• Design and maintain integration roadmaps for the SDLC stages.
• Ensure output quality across the SDLC; adjust prompts and guardrails.
• Build and refine prompt engineering assets for architecture and workflows.
• Conduct tooling audits and value stream mapping to remove bottlenecks.
• Pair with developers and QAs to embed agentic practices; transfer ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and operating AI agents in production.
• Strong prompt engineering for SDLC contexts (spec, code, tests, docs).
• Solid understanding of agentic AI concepts: orchestration, memory, MCP.
• Software engineering background to read architecture decisions and code.
• Experience with structured output validation and LLM eval frameworks.
• Nice to have: supply chain, e-commerce, or SAP ERP domain experience.
