• Choose and orchestrate models to analyze multimodal data
• Design and implement RAG techniques for large medical docs and histories
• Build agentic systems to improve patient recruitment and site selection
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data engineers to integrate AI
• Implement robust, scalable pipelines meeting production-grade standards

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on LLM experience (OpenAI/Anthropic, RAG, agents, observability) in production
• Proficient in Python
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong English and French communication skills
• Strong product mindset; able to challenge roadmap with the CPO
• Experience deploying AI features in production
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation challenges
• Ability to deliver clean, production-ready code autonomously
