📋 Description

• Design and build eval and observability pipelines for AI features.
• Work across eval platforms, datasets, and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with eng and product to interpret results.
• Contribute to CI/CD gates to enforce quality before release.
• Operate in a hands-on, technical AI engineering role.
• Represent CreateFuture in client-facing and internal work.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python skills and hands-on AI engineering experience.
• Experience with evals and observability for AI models.
• Familiar with Braintrust, LangSmith, Arize or similar.
• Ability to design scoring pipelines and sanity-check scores.
• CI/CD fluency to wire eval gates into promotions.
• Clear communication with engineering and product teams.
