🎯 Requirements

BSc or MSc in CS/ML/AI/NLP or equivalent
5+ years deploying ML in production
NLP, LLM fine-tuning, evaluation
PyTorch or TensorFlow and scikit-learn/HuggingFace
Advanced Python and software engineering fundamentals
End-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment
