📋 Description

• Architect and build agentic workflows with LLMs, reasoning, and data pipelines for adaptive chat.
• Lead ML/NLP product design from ideation to production: training, eval, deploy.
• Experiment with agentic reasoning, coordination, and autonomous system design.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to integrate agents into recruiting workflows.
• Guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and define scalable ML practices.
• Contribute to NLP stack focusing on reliability, personalization, and user impact.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or MSc in CS/ML/AI/NLP or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years deploying ML systems in production.
• Expert in NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Proficient with PyTorch or TensorFlow and ML tools (scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• Advanced Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience designing end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment.
