Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design autonomous AI agents to qualify inbound leads against ICP.
• Develop AI workflows using external data and CRM history for lead enrichment.
• Build email agents that categorize intent and generate responses with LLMs.
• Develop RAG solutions to surface sales content (pricing, case studies, competitive intel).
• Sync AI agent activities with Salesforce/HubSpot to keep CRM data accurate.
• Optimize AI agents via prompt engineering, reasoning loops, and experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Growth, Solutions, or Sales Eng in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on AI agents with Agent-as-a-Service or LangChain/LangGraph.
• Strong LLM knowledge (GPT-4o, Claude or similar).
• Experience implementing RAG architectures.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Experience with Salesloft or Outreach.
