Senior AI Engineer (AI Automation) - India

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own full-stack AI-powered internal apps (backend, APIs, data storage, UI)
• Develop agentic AI solutions to automate workflows and scale business processes
• Embed with internal teams to understand goals and translate into technical solutions
• Own projects end-to-end: design, architecture, scoping, delivery, and maintenance
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to expand AI capabilities
• Build reliable, scalable systems used across TRM and measure impact

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years full-stack experience building scalable web apps, services, APIs
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python; frontend with React
• Backend systems experience with datastores (Postgres/pgvector, Redis, Pinecone) and APIs
• Hands-on experience with AI tools/models and AI-enabled workflows
• Experience with agentic systems or workflow orchestration tools (n8n)
• Strong ownership with ability to work independently in ambiguity; cross-functional communicator
• Bonus: experience with automated AI evaluation/testing/observability (DeepEval, Langfuse/LangSmith)
