Senior AI Engineer (AI Automation) - LATAM

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own AI-powered internal apps (backend, APIs, data, UI).
• Develop agentic AI solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini to automate workflows.
• Embed with internal teams to translate goals into AI solutions with clear success criteria.
• Own projects end-to-end: design, architecture, scoping, delivery, and ongoing support.
• Build reliable, scalable systems across TRM's operations.
• Contribute to a fast-moving, high-ownership engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years full-stack software engineering (web apps, services, APIs).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python; frontend with React.
• Backend experience with Postgres/pgvector, Pinecone, Redis; API design.
• Hands-on AI—modern models, agentic IDEs, AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with agentic systems or workflow tools (n8n) or browser automation.
• Strong ownership, independent work in ambiguous problems; strong communication.
