Senior AI Engineer/AI Lead

📋 Description

• Design multi-agent AI architectures on modern platforms and LLMs.
• Define agent workflows: orchestration, communication, state, and audits.
• Develop and optimize prompt strategies: prompts, validation, guardrails.
• Build MCP servers and secure integrations to access enterprise apps.
• Create evaluation pipelines: benchmarks, datasets, performance metrics.
• Architect QC: model verification, rule-based validation, escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building production AI/ML systems, incl. LLM apps.
• Expert in AI architecture, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and RAG.
• Experience with LLM platforms, APIs, frameworks for AI apps.
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudTrail, and cloud AI infra.
• Experience with multi-agent workflows using LangGraph/LangChain/CrewAI.
• Advanced Python, API design, testing, containerization, IaC, VCS.
