🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping production AI systems.
• Experience building AI infrastructure (orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, memory).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; work across Elixir backend and TS frontend.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into concrete direction.
• Strong judgement balancing experimentation with long-term platform investments.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
