Design, build, and maintain production AI apps (Gen AI, Agentic AI)
Develop evaluation/testing methods for model performance and regressions
Apply LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, extraction, and tool calls
Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations to integrate AI into client systems
Improve reliability, observability, guardrails, and monitoring of production AI apps
Stay current with AI tech and translate into business value

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred
5+ years software engineering, applied AI/ML, incl. 1 year prod Gen AI
Proficiency in Python; cloud-native apps on AWS or GCP; relational/NoSQL DBs
Prompt engineering, tool calling, retrieval, context management, debugging
Experience evaluating AI systems with metrics, datasets, human review, error analysis
