📋 Description

• Design and build real-time conversational voice AI systems with natural interactions.
• Develop AI orchestration frameworks, including agent workflows and tool integration.
• Architect pipelines with speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, tool calling, and text-to-speech.
• Improve conversation design, prompts, and workflow architecture to reduce latency.
• Build resilient AI systems handling ambiguity, interruptions, and edge cases.
• Develop production-grade Python apps, APIs, backends, and orchestration components.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building production voice AI or real-time conversational systems.
• Experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, telephony or streaming audio pipelines.
• Strong understanding of latency, interruptions, turn-taking, transcription accuracy, and conversation flow.
• Experience integrating real-time communication technologies such as Twilio or WebRTC.
• Strong experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, agent architectures, tool usage, retrieval systems, and AI workflow design.
