📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AI for construction: design, train, deploy, iterate.
• Improve price prediction models for bid evaluation and procurement decisions.
• Iterate ranking, search & retrieval to match subcontractors with tenders.
• Design offline evals and run online A/B tests for metrics-led iteration.
• Build AI agent systems for multi-step reasoning in tender workflows.
• Ship end-to-end: model, backend service, API, and TS web app integration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building, training, shipping ML models; PyTorch preferred.
• 5+ years production-grade Python; clean, well-structured code.
• LLM/agent systems experience: RAG, tool use, multi-step reasoning.
• Strong evaluation discipline: offline metrics and online A/B tests.
• TypeScript, React, Node: ship into web apps (backend/API/front-end).
• End-to-end delivery: from research to production, real user impact.
