Senior AI Engineer, Real-World Data

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy agent-based AI systems for production data extraction.
• Own technical design and delivery for agent workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into production platforms with performance and cost in mind.
• Partner with clinical AI, engineering, and product teams to prioritize problems and metrics.
• Develop evaluation and monitoring to measure impact and support safe deployment.
• Provide technical leadership through clear documentation and tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering; life sciences a plus.
• 7+ years of software engineering on production-scale systems.
• 3+ years building AI/ML apps in production with LLM workflows.
• Strong Python and modern software practices (testing, reviews, CI/CD).
• Cloud AI system design; AWS preferred; CI/CD and observability.
• Independent, end-to-end delivery with strong cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with retrieval-based or document-centric AI.
• Healthcare or regulated industries experience preferred.
