Senior AI Engineering Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and guide AI engineering enablement programs, including onboarding bootcamps, hands-on
• Build and maintain a role-based AI engineering curriculum aligned with organizational priorities
• Partner with engineering principals and subject-matter experts to ensure training reflects current
• Assess capability and skills gaps across engineering teams and translate findings into a
• Create hands-on labs, coding exercises, reference implementations, and other learning experiences
• Measure program effectiveness through participation, proficiency, adoption, and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including experience as a tech
• 2+ years of experience training, mentoring, or guiding a technical enablement program for software
• Strong hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development, AI/ML engineering practices, and modern
• Experience designing technical curricula, workshops, labs, or structured learning programs for
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to teach foundational concepts
• Experience presenting to highly technical audiences and responding effectively to provocative
