📋 Description

• Lead agentic AI engineering teams across People, Service, Delivery.
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Support, and Field Engineering.
• Own the core agentic harness powering Maia and its services.
• Modernise service ownership with AI-powered tooling to improve reliability.
• Guide Maia Core in cross-functional collaboration and engineering craft.
• Regularly report delivery progress and service health to executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Agentic-first leadership experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic tooling (Claude Code, Codex).
• Strong SaaS and software engineering fundamentals in Java and Python.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across Product, Design, SRE, Security.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Sound decision-making under pressure.
