Senior AI Fullstack Engineer – Cloud Applications

📋 Description

• Design and evolve the architecture of our autonomous agent swarm — defining boundaries, data flows, and self-correction loops.
• Build infra powering AI-native pipeline with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS).
• Translate product requirements into agentic-ready specs as single source of truth.
• Steer and evaluate coding agents and LLM models for correctness, performance, security.
• Extend and maintain TypeScript/Fastify backend and React micro-frontend; boost observability and tests.
• Define guardrails and self-healing systems to keep agents safe in production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Production AWS infra experience — Lambda, DynamoDB, and related services.
• Experience with AI coding agents and LLM-powered workflows; ability to steer them effectively.
• DevOps-first mindset with monitoring, alerting, and self-healing systems.
• Strong architecture skills: bounded contexts, idempotent design, decoupled micro-frontends, distributed systems.
• Excellent English communication; ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and leadership in a remote-first environment.
