📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered financial services from architecture to production.
• Build and maintain AI agents to monitor processes and support remediation with approvals.
• Develop reporting layers and visibility tools to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Create monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for production systems and data ops.

• Build and maintain data pipelines, orchestration workflows, and backend infra for AI/LLM apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend software engineering with Python.
• Experience building AI agent systems or LLM-powered apps with human-in-the-loop.
• Strong SQL skills and data pipelines or database-driven systems.
• Experience designing, deploying, and operating production systems with monitoring.
• Ability to move quickly with autonomy in lean engineering.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
