📋 Description

• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI features to enhance search.
• Apply ML to streamline workflows and surface insights.
• Develop and tune LLMs and RAG pipelines to reason over data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, incl. 2+ years building AI-powered features.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend and API services.
• Familiarity with RAG tools (RAGAS/LangSmith) and LLM regression testing.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and validate AI features in a fast-paced environment.
• Prompt engineering to improve LLM accuracy and reasoning.
• CI/CD, test automation, and deployment for AI apps.
