📋 Description

• Productionise ML models to optimise product KPIs.
• Build and maintain agentic frameworks with regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in computational science/AI + 2 yrs ML eng, or BSc/MSc + 4 yrs ML eng.
• Productise LLM features with eval-driven development.
• Python and TypeScript/JavaScript expert.
• Experience building an LLM agent harness; RL exp.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker; Git; SQL/NoSQL; scalable ML systems.
• London office 1 day/wk; no visa sponsorship.
