Senior AI/ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead architecture and evolution of AI/ML services and platforms for WDP
• Translate mission requirements into scalable AI/ML architectures
• Define MLOps standards and best practices across engineering teams
• Architect automated pipelines for training, validation, deployment, monitoring
• Design model-serving platforms for secure, scalable batch or real-time inference
• Establish model monitoring, governance, data lineage, and reproducibility

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in AI/ML engineering, software, or data science
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML systems
• Advanced Python and AI/ML framework experience
• Experience architecting automated training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of model evaluation, drift, explainability, and governance
