📋 Description

• Lead a team of AI/ML engineers, mentoring and guiding.
• Collaborate with client teams to define problems and deliver AI features.
• Lead AI/ML projects from experimentation to production.
• Translate business problems into AI/ML solutions and manage delivery.
• Guide model selection, evaluation, fine-tuning, and GenAI usage.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, and software teams for integrated delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Eng/Math; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years building AI models with ML, NLP, deep learning.
• Proven track record delivering ML projects from concept to production.
• Strong leadership and communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong Python skills; PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
