Senior AI/ML Engineer (GenAI, AWS)

📋 Description

• Design and build production-ready RAG systems
• Develop and implement agentic workflows using LLM APIs, including Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI
• Architect and optimize cloud-native AI solutions, leveraging AWS services like Bedrock, Lambda
• Implement evaluation harnesses for model and agent performance, including regression testing and
• Apply LLMOps and AgentOps practices, such as agent tracing, prompt management, and cost/latency
• Ensure strong engineering fundamentals by writing production code across AI, backend, and data

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, B2+ English
• 5+ years in software or ML engineering with production systems
• Solid AI/ML foundations; understand model failure modes
• Shipped production LLM applications and agentic workflows
• Experience with agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks
