Senior AI/ML Engineer - Technology

📋 Description

• Design and run AI/ML models, incl. fine-tuned LLMs and RAG architectures, for internal and client products.
• Lead experiments: define hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and share findings.
• Serve as the technical SME for GenAI/LLM tools, from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate to productionize models and CI/CD with MLOps/LLMOps.
• Stay current on methods like agentic workflows, memory-augmented systems, and multimodal embeddings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or related analytics roles.
• Proven production deployment of ML models, ideally with LLMs or GenAI.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field (CS/Engineering/Stats/Math).
• Experience with consumer data in media, entertainment, or marketing research is a plus.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and GenAI stacks (LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI).
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
