Senior AI/ML Engineer - Technology

📋 Description

• Design and deploy advanced AI/ML models (LLMs, RAG) for products.
• Lead experimentation: hypotheses, tests, analyses, findings.
• Be technical SME for GenAI/LLM tools, from architecture to deployment.
• Productionize models with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Stay current on agentic workflows, memory-augmented systems, embeddings.
• Promote AI adoption with cross-functional partners and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or related analytics.
• Production deployment of ML models, ideally with LLMs/GenAI.
• Bachelor's or higher in CS, Engineering, Stats, or Math.
• Proficiency with modern ML frameworks and GenAI stacks (LangChain, Transformers).
• Experience building/fine-tuning models with domain data (surveys, behavior, audience).
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and agentic reasoning (ReAct).
