Senior AI/ML Engineer - Technology

📋 Description

• Design and execute AI/ML models for internal tooling and client products.
• Lead experimentation: define hypotheses, tests, and analyze results.
• Be the SME for GenAI/LLM tools, from architecture to deployment.
• Productionize models with CI/CD and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Stay current on agentic workflows and memory-augmented embeddings.
• Promote AI adoption and improve cross-functional processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or related analytics.
• Proven experience deploying ML models to production (LLMs/GenAI a plus).
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering/Statistics/Math.
• Experience with consumer data in media/entertainment/marketing research is a plus.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, OpenAI APIs.
• Experience building and fine-tuning domain-specific datasets (survey/behavior/audience).
