Senior AI/ML Engineer - Technology

📋 Description

• Design and deploy AI/ML models, incl. fine-tuned LLMs.
• Lead experimentation: define hypotheses, design tests, analyze results.
• Serve as SME for GenAI/LLM tools, from architecture to deployment.
• Work with software and data eng to productionize models and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay current on AI methods like agentic workflows and memory-augmented systems.
• Promote AI adoption internally and empower cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or related analytics.
• Proven experience deploying ML models into production, ideally with LLMs/GenAI.
• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/Engineering/Statistics/Math or related field.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and GenAI stacks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers, OpenAI APIs).
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and agentic reasoning (ReAct, AutoGPT).
• Comfortable implementing MLOps/LLMOps: version control, experiment tracking, deployment, monitoring.
