Senior AI/ML Engineer - Technology

📋 Description

• Design and deploy advanced AI/ML models, incl. LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Lead experimentation: hypotheses, tests, rigorous analysis, communicate findings.
• Serve as SME for GenAI/LLM tools, from architecture to deployment.
• Productionize models with software/data eng; CI/CD with MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Stay current on agentic workflows and memory-augmented/multimodal methods.
• Promote AI adoption internally and empower cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, ML engineering, or analytics.
• Production deployment of ML models; experience with LLMs/GenAI a plus.
• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/Engineering/Statistics/Math.
• Experience with consumer data in media, entertainment, or marketing research.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows; MLOps.
