📋 Description

• Own the full development loop from problem to production monitoring
• Use AI as the primary tool to ship features faster
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define decision logic, risk thresholds, and success metrics
• Design evaluation frameworks; measure what you ship
• Own production readiness, monitoring, alerts from day one
• Contribute to shaping team practices, tooling, and engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems
• Hands-on AI/ML systems in production: shipping, monitoring, iterating
• Genuine fluency with AI-powered development tools you use daily
• Agentic architectures: orchestration, multi-step workflows, RAG pipelines
• Strong evaluation instincts: define metrics, build test sets, validate before shipping
• Comfortable across the full stack: prompt engineering, backend, data pipelines, infra
• High independence: lead from problem to production with minimal specs
• Excellent communication; fintech or regulated-environment experience is a plus
