Senior AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop internal AI platforms, agent systems, and automation.
• Build AI agents for multi-step workflows with reasoning and human-in-the-loop.
• Create authentication, authorization, and credential management using secure identity patterns and OAuth.
• Build and maintain the API-enabled tool/context layer for secure AI access to internal systems.
• Establish engineering standards for AI integrations, including deployment, monitoring, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience building scalable systems.
• Hands-on with AI agent frameworks, LLM integrations, MCP servers, or AI automation workflows.
• Strong backend principles, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, credential management, and cloud auth patterns.
• Experience deploying and operating services with Kubernetes or similar container infra.
• Background in data engineering, analytics platforms, or BI environments.
