Senior AI Platform & Tools Engineer

📋 Description

• Build AI evaluation platform with automated, scalable evaluations
• Instrument usage and cost telemetry across the AI stack
• Automate AI governance: intake, scoring, approvals with policy-as-code
• Develop golden-path templates and reusable components (RAG, prompts, eval harnesses)
• Administer enterprise AI tools (ChatGPT, Glean, Claude, Gemini) and manage configurations
• End-to-end ownership of features on a small team; drive production rollout

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software or platform engineering
• Administered enterprise SaaS/AI tools in production
• Python plus Go/TypeScript production tooling
• Knowledge of AI systems: LLM APIs, RAG, agent frameworks, eval methodologies
• Experience building automation, data pipelines, or internal tooling
• End-to-end ownership on a small team; strong written communication
