📋 Description

• Define what to build and why—move from a raw customer insight to a product hypothesis, test it, and
• Balance user needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility without needing a committee to
• Move fluidly between product management, engineering, and design—no handoffs, just fast
• Write production code, prototype in a low-code/AI environment, or get deep in the weeds with
• Use AI coding tools fluently and know how to move fast without cutting corners that matter.
• Design AI-powered experiences with intent, understanding how LLMs, agents, and AI workflows behave.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience spanning product management, software engineering, and/or product design
• Proven track record building and shipping AI-powered products (LLM integrations, AI workflows
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Caude, Lovable, or equivalent).
• Strong engineering foundation: can read and write code, understand system design tradeoffs, and
• Ability to own a product end-to-end—from problem definition through launch and iteration—without
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.
