📋 Description

• Build and improve LLM-powered systems that navigate the complex, often messy tendering workflow.
• Ship end-to-end into the product: Own features from model/agent through API to the TypeScript
• Collaborate across teams: Work with Product, Engineering, and Data to translate business problems
• Maintain production AI: Monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement of deployed systems.

🎯 Requirements

• TypeScript, React, Node: non-negotiable, comfortable shipping into web app end-to-end.
• Strong Python: 5+ years writing production-grade Python, clean and well-structured code.
• End-to-end product delivery: shipped AI-powered features into a production web app and owned
• LLM application depth: hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/agent systems - RAG, tool
• Backend engineering skills: designing APIs, data pipelines, and services.
• Product mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and judging when something is good enough to ship.
