Senior AI Program Manager

📋 Description

• Evangelize and educate Claude AI across the org via demos and internal comms.
• Build and configure Claude workflows; API prompts; lightweight integrations.
• Design and deliver AI training for departments.
• Partner with department heads to identify AI bottlenecks and improvements.
• IT & InfoSec: evaluate, vet, and securely deploy AI platforms.
• Own the AI adoption roadmap for 100+ employees; track usage.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management; 1-2 years AI.
• AI fluency with Claude ecosystem.
• Proven AI builder: agentic workflows or automations.
• Self-driven; experiments with AI and shares learnings.
• Stellar presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Security-minded; IT/InfoSec collaboration and data privacy.
