Senior AI Research Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve research infra: orchestration, distributed training, model tracking, evaluation.
• Build and scale distributed ML systems: multi-node GPUs, data pipelines, cloud infra.
• Improve velocity via performance engineering: optimize simulators, pipelines, profiling.
• Bridge research and production teams to ship reliable AI systems.
• Understand internal platforms/tools to support customer-facing solutions.
• Document research projects, decisions, products, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, MLOps, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience in ML R&D environments, linking research with production.
• Strong ML and MLOps knowledge: experiment tracking, lifecycle, deployment.
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with C++ or Rust.
• Solid foundation in ML, optimization, or related science.
