Senior AI Research Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve research infra end-to-end: orchestration, training, tracking.
• Build and scale distributed ML infra: multi-node GPU, data pipelines.
• Improve R&D velocity via performance engineering and bottleneck profiling.
• Bridge research and production to ship AI breakthroughs.
• Understand internal platforms to support customer-facing solutions.
• Document research, decisions, products, and operational processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software/ML engineering, MLOps or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical projects end-to-end.
• ML R&D experience, linking research to production systems.
• Strong ML/MLOps concepts: experiments, lifecycle, deployment.
• Strong Python, with C++ or Rust familiarity.
• Experience designing scalable AI infra and distributed/cloud environments.
