Senior AI Research Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve research infra end-to-end: orchestration, training, tracking, evaluation, deployment.
• Build and scale distributed ML compute: multi-node GPUs, data pipelines, cloud infra.
• Improve R&D velocity via performance engineering: optimize simulators, pipelines, profiling.
• Bridge research and production engineering: translate AI breakthroughs into production-ready systems.
• Document research projects, decisions, and operational processes.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery; mentor team; shape infra strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software/ML engineering, MLOps, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience connecting ML research with production systems.
• Strong ML/MLOps concepts: experiment tracking, lifecycle, deployment.
• Strong Python; familiarity with C++ or Rust.
• Designing scalable AI infrastructure, distributed computing, or cloud environments.
