Senior AI Research Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve research infra, incl experiment orchestration and deployment.
• Build and scale distributed ML infra (multi-node GPUs, data pipelines).
• Improve velocity via performance engineering, optimize simulators and pipelines.
• Bridge research and production, turning AI breakthroughs into reliable systems.
• Understand internal platforms to support customer-facing solutions.
• Maintain documentation of research projects, decisions, products, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software/ML engineering, MLOps, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience in ML research and development environments bridging research with production.
• ML/MLOps concepts: experiment tracking, model lifecycle, deployment.
• Strong Python programming; familiarity with C++ or Rust.
• Experience designing scalable AI infra for distributed computing or cloud.
