Senior AI Research Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve research infra: orchestration, training, tracking, evaluation, deployment.
• Build and scale distributed ML infra across multi-node GPUs and data pipelines.
• Improve R&D velocity by optimizing simulators, pipelines, and profiling bottlenecks.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery with ownership and outcomes.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software, ML, MLOps, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience linking ML research with production systems.
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with C++ or Rust.
• Designing scalable infra for AI workloads, distributed computing, or cloud environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration in remote, international settings.
